The entire Unsettling process begins with improving your health.  This section includes some simple concepts and ideas to improve your overall mental and physical health which will give you not only the stamina for some of the coming harder changes, but will also give you some quick successes to build momentum and confidence.

We will cover one area which most people overlook, sleep!  And quickly move on to diet or what I am referring to as fuel, this section is not a repackaged fad diet, but some common sense rules that will increase your health and those around you. Exercise, physical and mental will be discussed since both your brain and biceps need regular workouts to get strong and stay strong.
